Privacy
Your data, plainly.
What we collect, why, and what we'll never do with it: in plain English, because that's the only register we have.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, your work email, what you need, and your message. Job applications and any email you send us arrive with whatever you choose to include, typically a CV and a letter.
That is the whole list. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no trackers.
Why we collect it
One reason: to reply to you. An enquiry gets an answer about working together; an application gets read for the role. We don’t add you to mailing lists, and we don’t sell or share your details with anyone.
Where it lives
Messages and applications land in ines.brito@atlana.pt and stay within Atlana. As we bring our client-management system in-house, enquiries will be stored there under the same rules: your data, used only to talk to you.
How long we keep it
An enquiry lives as long as the conversation does. If nothing comes of it, we delete it within two years. Applications are kept for one year so we can come back to you when a matching role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner, which we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email ines.brito@atlana.pt and it’s done: no forms, no waiting periods beyond what the request takes.
